East USA Fun!!!

Its "near future" since the last post, and so now its the post about my vacation back to the
eastern USA! It was really fun...so basically heres a bunch of pictures and descriptions. Enjoy!

First we have Gettysburg, Penn. Shown here are the Civil war re-inactors. Very educational...something we would do on a high school music tour or something, but none-the-less, interesting and enjoyable! Also, bottom, is me, my cousin Emily, and my dad next to a canon.

Well aint that just precious? That's my little cousin Annie, and myself, having fun at the FREEZING Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It was rainy....it was cold....we were the only people on the usually way crowded beach, but dang it it was fun!! Also we have me, Annie, and other cousin Rachel.

Next we have Annapolis - the movie of which, under the same title, we watched the night before we did anything in it (but we were still in it) To the left we have a cheerful looking fellow of the US Naval Academy, which is what the movie is about. They have this tall obelisk statue that, at the end of the year, the pleebes (freshman students) all have to work to climb and place their pleebe hat on top - which once they've done, they are "upgraded" from pleebe. Only one person of the whole class has to put the hat on top and it counts for everyone, but there is a specific day at the end of the school year they all gather and try to do it. The tricky thing, besides being tall, is that it is covered the night before in a whole bunch of lard. no joke, FATTY LARD. So it makes it really slippery too. I thought it was pretty neat, haha, I wanna try! Also, a neat harbor next to our hotel in Annapolis, MD.

Below we have a final picture taken in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. That is, you may recall from history class, where John Brown led a slave rebellion. In one of the shops we stopped by for a second, however, we found this - a stuffed Jackelope. Its true, they are real! You can look it up, Pixar didn't just make it up! Anyway, enjoy that.

Hope you had fun looking at these photos. It was a really fun trip. In conclusion, keep boundin'!

I can't believe it's not Ryan!!

Oh wait, it is! I know it's been a really long time since i've updated, so if you happen to be one of those fans who are just so hard core that you decided that "i'll still check Ryan's blog, because he's just so cool, even though he probably hasn't updated it in forever!" well today you got a special suprise.
Anyway, this is my missionary portrait that I got done. I scanned it in, thus explaining the white speckles, but there it is!

So now that you've enjoyed that, again, accept my apology for not updating in seriously forever. BUT stay tuned, I just got back from a way cool vacation to the East Coast, so expect a cool post in the very near future! In conclusion, dosie doe.

Quack.....honk....

Its the birdies! This past Saturday, Whitney and myself went to Liberty Park and saw a lot of birds. Yes, its true. We ate a small picnic on the hill next to a pond that had a lot of ducks and geese and seagulls in it. After the picnic we threw bread to feed them. After a bit of a walk in the park, we went to the Tracy Aviary. There are some pretty strange birds, as well as some very beautiful ones. I'll let the pictures and movies (coming soon) speak for themselves.

In conclusion, cats land on their feet.

I hope they call me on a mission!

When I have grown a foot or two.....or three in my case, mwahaha. Hello all my peeps out there! Can you believe it!? I'm actually making a blog! Isn't that exciting! How special.

So as many of you know, I've been called to the New York New York North mission, English speaking! It's truly exciting news. I leave for the MTC on June 21st, and I speak in my church on May 28th @ 12:50, but it's going to be really crowded, because there is another missionary from my ward speaking that same day, so get there pretty early! Like...a half hour early, no kidding. Anyways, it'll be fabulash! In conclusion, I'm a hot potato.

America's...Next...Top...Model...is...

Ryan!!! Thats right, you heard it, it's Ryan, with a whole new wardrobe designed specifically (at least 80%, anyway) by our very own Brookie Cookie! So now it's time for the REAL competition. Which outfit wins "Best in Closet" for Rhyno? It's up to an extrememly small population of America to decide. His only weakness? He can't turn left in a modeling walk-off. VOTE NOW AMERICA!!!

1. Supa' cool, Brooskie recommended! AE White T, hip-faded pants, and a casual blue jacket. The grass stain completes the ensemble. (Grass stain not included)

2. Lookin' sooooo good. White - blue striped dress shirt, and....are those the same pants? yes....yes they are.

3. Feel like wrapping yourself in seaweed and being buried in mud? I know I sure do, which this flashy green-stripped shirt, brighter green under T, and.....the only good pair of pants I have.

4. Yaaaaahoooo!! This rugged lookin' hunk looks like he should be ridin' the bulls in next years rodeo! Add a hat and some cowboy boots and he just might. OR if country isn't your cup of tea, then it's just "rugged lookin' hunk." The white-blue stripped shirt makes it's second appearance, with a levi jacket and of course...those jeans that look like someones been wrestling in the dirt!

Now a wardrobe wouldn't be completed without a killer pair of shoes, and since all the above outfits sport these shoes, here's just a close up look at those...

So which outfit will win "Best in Closet?" Will it be:

1. Supa' cool Brooskie recommended?
2. White/blue soooooo good?
3. Seaweed safari?
4. or Rugged Hunk?

The vote is in your hands. In conclusion, vote now.

What can I say..I roll with the punches

And the punches I seem to be seeing are this whole "candy heart" thing. I guess it makes sense, it IS February after all....
